Whiskey

Whiskey has been my area of expertise for most of my career. I make an incredible Old Fashioned, which you won't find pictured here, although I've captured a few empty glasses. I have a unique approach to whiskey, utilizing classic dive bar style, with an upscale twist. I'm well known in Eastern CT for my incredible Manhattan which is beloved by two incredible local sommeliers. I make a perfect Manhattan and it is incomplete without Luxardo cherry and Antica Formula Vermouth. The whiskey cocktails you will see featured here are my seaonal creations: mostly whiskey sours. I adore a classic egg white rich sour, however I have used aquafaba foamer with great success for many cocktails.
