Vodka

Vodka is either the focus of your cocktail experience, or its the ugly stepsister. In my first bartending role, I worked almost exclusively with vodka- this was peak Sex in the City. And while I am confident in my skills with this spirit, it is the one I find most challenging. My focus for the last 3 years has been on whiskey, but I've given vodka her due. In the last 3 years I've created over 15 unique vodka cocktails for seasonal menus. All have been a play on a martini, and all have been the leading lady of that seasons' menu.
